About this listen
To break the thread of weaver’s fate, those who witness must weave anew…
Mael Nguyen doesn’t believe in fate, but he does believe in magic. His entire life revolves around the study of the arcane—spells and rituals, potions and illusions. As far as Mael is concerned, all he needs is a book in one hand and magic in the other. Anything outside of his bookshop, hidden away in the streets of New Orleans, isn’t worth his attention. But when a strange human stumbles into his life and hires him for a job, bringing along his blinding smile and curious magic, Mael finds that Fate is just as dangerous as Magic.
Leo Greyson refuses to believe in fate, but he desperately wishes to believe in magic. As a small time rockstar, full time radio host, Leo has never been one to shy away from experience and adventure. He’s always lived his life on the edge—always moving, never standing still. But when his twin sister is murdered, and he gains custody of her strangely magical daughter, that constant motion comes to a screeching halt. Instead, he is launched into an entirely new world hidden right beneath his nose, and Leo finds himself wondering if Fate really does exist, and if she’s led him right where he needs to be.
A queer take on magic, murder, and romance, fans of The Dresden Files, Howl's Moving Castle, and A Marvelous Light will find family, acceptance, and a fantastical new world to get lost in within the pages of Under the Dragon Moon, the first book in the Belamour Archives.

Waking up to his one-night stand trying to flee the scene, Reid sits back to enjoy the show. This blond boy is all snark and quick-wit, but there's an awkward side to him that intrigues Reid enough to want to con him into a second date. After numerous failed attempts, Atticus reluctantly agrees to an on-the-spot date, and things get quirky from there. A philosophy major and a wayward son, these two work through their differences, battling red flags and a slew of Tuesdays that have them bonding in ways they never saw coming.

I was born to kill the emperor, but first, I must marry him. I trained as an assassin while my twin sister trained to be the empress. My life will be forfeit once I murder the most powerful man on the continent, but I have no choice. If I fail, the Imperium will consume our nation and anyone who rises against them. Too soon, we walk into the glittering imperial court, each step taking us closer to the dangerous man on the black throne, my sister’s future husband, the newly crowned Emperor of the Southern Imperium.

Sascha has always felt powerless, the weak baby of a cruel family. But that’s fine. He has his looks, his ample allowance, and a smattering of one-night stands to keep him busy. Story
Nick has no direction in his life, as his mother often reminds him. He works paycheck to paycheck, which becomes a problem when the paychecks stop coming in. When he's offered an opportunity to work off his rent, Nick decides there are worse things in life than being a super, especially when the job includes free rent. There is, however, a catch. His landlord is a vampire, and he needs more from Nick than maintenance and renter-wrangling. He needs Nick's blood.

Recently graduated at twenty-six, and two months behind on rent, Oliver Barnes is desperate. So desperate, in fact, that he applies for a job in the Greed district of Hell's Pentagram. But when he misses his train and, subsequently, his job interview, he stumbles, instead, upon a strange little coffee shop in the middle of Purgatory's barren desert—and into an unexpected opportunity. It isn't the job he came to Hell for, but maybe it's exactly the job he needs.

Being traded to the Seattle Vipers has left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, they’re my team, the team I’ve loved and supported since I was a kid, but on the other hand, he’s here. Him. This week hasn’t gone the best for me unless you count Casimir, the sexy ancient vampire, bringing me back from the brink of death (and tying my fate to his in the process). Not that it matters if the werewolves and vampires don’t stop their ridiculous feud, because someone is targeting them and widening the divide between our communities with each body they leave in their wake. But as the alpha’s son, I have a plan to fix everything. I’m going to convince Casimir to fake date me to show the others that we can work together. I mean… what could go wrong?

Pixies are supposed to be petite, beautifully lithe creatures with gossamer wings. Sporting luscious, ombre pink hair and fluttering pink wings, Phil meets two out of three of those criteria. At over six feet tall, no one would dare call Phil petite. As a home-and-hearth pixie, Phil yearns to find a home and family he can bond to. When no one's willing to hire a pixie of his stature, Phil is forced to find work elsewhere. Turns out, pixies make terrible bouncers.

Maybe I have an overactive imagination, but the hot guy next door totally gives off serial killer vibes. Why else would he know how long it takes to bleed out from a wound? Yeah, ok, so I asked, but it was research. Being an author definitely makes for some odd questions (someone had better clear my browser history when I die, that's all I'm saying). It's not like I'm stalking my hot neighbor or anything—there's nothing wrong with watching him out my window. Although I might have my own stalker (and not the cute harmless kind), which is kind of terrifying.

Without an academic endorsement to make him valuable to the high fey, Saffron will be sent back through the veil to the human world. The place he was traded from as a changeling-baby, and a place he is terrified of. And while getting an endorsement shouldn't be impossible, it's hindered by the fact his literacy is self-taught, using books stolen off of Morrígan Academy's campus of high fey students.

Story
Something is very wrong with the Fitzwilliam estate. It was supposed to be a regular seance job. But from the minute I met an angry ghost in the hall, I knew there wasn't going to be anything ordinary about this house or its dead residents. First of all, there were way too many of them. Second, some of them had been helped along from living to dead. Third, my attempt to figure out what was going on got a bit sidetracked when I met the gardener. He was tall, dark green, and handsome. And really, really smart. So I hired him to help me figure out what was going on.

The festival is a rite of passage for every teen werewolf, and this year's festival will be one to howl home about. The alpha's son, Jasper Apollo, is attending for the first time.

Story
Like all Necromancers, Cassius Corbin grew up knowing one irrevocable truth: death comes for us all. It was a lesson he learned well when his mother was murdered by fellow witches. Six years later, he is back in the town of Winslow, Massachusetts, to attend Tennebrose University. But that's not the only reason. While he's home, he intends to track down a magical folio stolen from his family centuries ago. Once he finds it, he'll finally be everything the witches in Winslow fear and the Corbin name will be respected once again—as long as Graeme Hewitt stays out of his way.

Story
In an eternal paradise, the most beautiful angel, Lucifer, struggles with shame, identity, and timidity, with little more than the desire to worship his creator. It isn't until the strongest angel, Michael, comes into his life that Lucifer learns to love himself. Along the way, their friendship begins to bloom into something else. Maybe the first romance in the history of everything. But this God is a jealous one, and maybe paradise is not paradise.

Great story, can't wait for book 2
This was a well written story and a good start to a series. Some of the content wasn't what I typically read but I didn't let that distract from a good story! I first read this in ebook form so it's good to see it come out on Audible as well.

Great fantasy romance!
I am obsessed! This was a great fantasy romance. There's warlocks, a search for a dragon's egg, the kid, a magical store, nickelback. What more could you want?

Enticing, Sweet, Hot, Gay, AND Magical
In so many ways, this was an incredible story. The characters are INSTANTLY likeable, so easily lovable, and oh man I just wanna protect them so much. Literally countless points with insanely poetic descriptions, hilarious quips and lines, and hard hitting remarks that really make these characters nestle themselves into your heart. They did in mine. This story really captivated me, and I cannot wait for book 2. I have so many unanswered questions!!! So many bits and pieces to multiple puzzles that I'm so very excited to see come together and play out.
It also must be pointed out how beautifully written the parts of this story that involve things surrounding mental health. My heart ached for them when their hearts ached, and I felt both deeply seen and moved so so many times.
I also stomped my feet like an excited 15 year old who just got asked to prom by their crush so so so so so many times. This story is FUN and deep and thrilling in multiple points. It's interesting and fascinating. The magic is cool as all get out.
And the spicy scenes are TOP TIER, both the spice itself and how truly beautifully written the scenes are. It was hot, and definitely worth a read if you're more interested in a story based on quality of spice. It was super well written, and it didn't dominate the story.
One of my favorite books of the YEAR!

intricate and dazzling magical world, and yes, dragons.
Under the Dragon Moon by Mawce Hanlin
Move over "Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll", this book is Sex, Magic, Memes, and Punk Rock!
It has an intricate and dazzling magical world, and yes, dragons (because honestly, who could resist dragons?). Throw in some mysteries, high-stakes heists, and steamy, poetic magical sex which pulls you in like a spell you can’t escape and then you’ve got a world so immersive, you feel like you’re living it.
Mael Nguyen, a hot warlock with magical tattoos, might look like he's in his late 40s, but he’s actually pushing 90. He’s got a grumpy exterior, but beneath that, he’s vibrant, sweet and compassionate, especially to his loved ones. Then there’s Leo Greyson, a late-20s punk rocker, radio host, and lyrical genius with a knack for creating memes and entire podcast episodes in his head, rating and reviewing his life’s wildest moments. Somehow, these two ended up as dads by default, and they’ve become the ultimate parental figures. Their personalities shine, and they fall into a beautiful, genuine love. Their banter is sweet, sparking with humor, and their chemistry is electric. The passion between them swept me right off my feet.
And let’s not forget Remy, the Kid, and of course, Potato! Oh, and Belamour, Mael’s sentient shop? She’s cozy, caring, and the ultimate guardian, always watching over Mael and the ones he loves. Their connection is so heartwarming, I couldn’t help but adore her. Every character adds something unique and magical to the story and together they are the found family they all need.
Every chapter had me giggling, swooning, and sometimes holding my breath. The whole story feels like stepping into an alternate universe where Howl’s Moving Castle meets Sherlock Holmes in the most magical of ways.
