The narrator's silky smooth voice is perfect for a book about unsolved crimes. The author's collection of unsolved crimes dates back over 100 years and includes stories known and many probably forgotten. My only criticism is that the 15-20 minutes, on average, devoted to each story barely scratches the surface of some crimes. The book is a good primer on many cases but leaves the listener wanting more info on so many others. The Tylenol murders of the 1980's, the slaying of newscaster Jill Dando and the staircase murder are all crimes that made international headlines. I recommend this book, but only if you will be satisfied with knowing that there is no solution to the many crimes within.

Excellent collection of known and unknown cases

Iliked This book. I am a fan of Unsolved Mysteries. This one covers `100+ years of unsolved mysteries. Someof the stories I have heard before as you will, too, if you choose to putchase it. Some of the stories were knew to me. They have close to 20 total stories told in a 5 hr. plus book in basically 10 minutes to 20 minute per story segment. Iit's nto spellbinding but interesting. Personally, I chose to listen to a story or two per night and think about it all night long.
