l am usually ok with JaAir bushe's narration...but not this time. l don't know what she was on...but l hated her narration from beginning to end. She just didn't embody the characters at all. she was totally unbelievable as a woman in her early twenties. She sounded more like a woman someone between 40 and 50 years old! Also, there was no distinction between Gautier, ty,and Saz. l had to keep going back back to see who was supposed to be speaking. She didn't show any range at all. There was also too many mispronounced words/ phrases. I hated the way she kept pronouncing Gautier like Gotta-a...and saying cosmology instead of cosmetology! Gautier was a walking contradiction...she kept saying how confident she was but she carried herself like a weak, insecure, woman looking for validation from others. Hell all three of the women were messy. The sexy scenes were cringe af...JaAir sounded like she was constipated...not have bomb ass sex. And don't get me started on the whole ftm, penile implanted transgenders. How did she have an ongoing sexual relationship with Ashton and not know what was going on? That part was dumb as hell. l had more dislikes with this book than likes. l did liked Midnite Michael...he did a solid job.

Female narrator ruined the book for me!
