Love this series so much!

Ive read these books on my own when they were first being released, and now im back listening to them. Love them especially how the narrators switch between characters, HOWEVER! The switch from the first 4 books pronouncing Malakaro & AminaRose’s name grinds my gears. I just need to know why?

Pronunciation!!

For anyone who has binged a long series, the worse thing to experience is when a new narrator is brought in. That is always the dreaded review to see. There is actually something worse than that. When you finally find a series who keeps the same narrators but for some unexplainable reason decides to change the pronunciation of one of the key characters name. It was grating and I wanted to bang my head against the wall. I honestly thought a new character was being introduced.

Great series, frustrating production (this time)

I love this series and have heard not only these 5 books, but also all of the books in the Guardian Series. The storyline is great!!

But...

You can’t change the pronunciation of names of key characters (one name from this series and another name of a key character from the previous series)!! It made it VERY frustrating to listen to! It would be somewhat understandable if the narrators has changed, but these two narrators have done ALL the books in both series!
