Good info but presentation poor

Good content but not sure why they added background music. It is distractive and not appropriate for content.

The Music Robs the Value

The background music sounds like a warped record and takes value away from the core message.

Background music?

Background music is distracting and it takes away from the value of the content. It is very difficult to follow.

Get rid of the music!

The background music is an awful idea! You can't focus on the narrator! Let me know when you create a version w/out music! First time I've ever listened to an audiobook set to music...and the last!

BEWARE - WORST PRESENTATION EVER

Buyer beware - this title is absolutely unlistenable.

Not only is the narration horrible (which I can deal with after listening to hundreds of audiobooks), but there is distracting piano music in the background of the entire book.

Think of Kenny G blaring his clarinet or whatever while you are trying to concentrate and it isn't as bad as this book is. Maybe add someone writing a check in front of you at the gas station, some pop-up ads, and some poison ivy between your toes to the mix and you will begin to understand how irritating the presentation is on this book. Not quite, but almost. This is literally the stupidest idea in the entire history of audio books. I played snippets of the book to others just to show them how stupid it was.

I shouldn't have to read reviews like this one to know that the performance of the title is literally going to undermine the sole purpose of the format.
