About this listen

CBA best-selling author and Inspirational Readers Choice Award winner Kim Vogel Sawyer pens faith-based fiction that stirs listeners' souls. When Hope Blossoms stars Amy Knackstedt, a Mennonite who, following the death of her husband, moves with her children to Weaverly, Kansas. Her new neighbor, Tim Roper, isn't happy with this family living next door - they remind him too much of the Mennonite life he escaped years ago. But soon Amy and Tim develop a tentative friendship - and perhaps something more.

Story comes too strong wrong way save tbe credit

The insurance part of the story, just too much too believe. The Mennonite part very sappy and slow. Not author's usual style. Skip this makes Christians out to be unChristian the shunning part is rough and sad. The whole book over reaches.

couldn't get past chapter 1.

I couldn't handle this narrator. The book may be fine, and I usually love this author's work. I will read the book, but I am returning the audible version.
