This book series has everything. It’s not just focused on the fantasy. There are developing characters, hilarious situation, a little romance, and a plot to get your brain trying to figure out what’s going to happen next and how it all fits together. I could not put it down and as soon as I finished one I immediately started the next one. By the time I got to the current but I was completely immersed in that world and those characters. When when when is the next one coming out?

One of the best series I’ve read in a long time!

I literally waited forever for this book to come unto audio because I've been into this series for several years and since I have my daughter it's impossible to read a book without sacrificing the little sleep that I do get but it was totally worth the wait and can't wait for the next one!!;

After deciding to try for a relationship and then having to wait a month for Asher to come home, they are all back together and things will get back to normal, right???? I loved this book! Relationships finally develop, danger is all around them, and some of it from unexpected sources. Things are happening behind the scenes that no one knows about. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book!

This story was wonderful from beginning to end. The characters were well developed and easy to relate to. I love the mix of supernatural and everyday life! Can't wait for book 9!

When the Dead Come Home (The Veil Diaries Book 8)  With every single book in this series the author manages to keep you on the edge of your seat waiting to find out what happens next. It's brilliant and frustrating as heck. But, I don't understand how so much can happen yet still be left with so many unanswered questions.   I need answers.  I absolutely recommend this book 📖  / series 📚!!!

I loved all 8 books, now I need the 9th. This wait is killing me.

When I first started this series I was fearful, I useally read much more "mature" books... at least when compared to books 1-6 maybe even 7. HOWEVER the way the author writes sucks you in, it is a super slow burn until book 8... but it was soooo worth it.

I love this author so much, and every book so far. She writes in a way that gives you hints and guides you to the awnser, there really aren't super big curve balls if you are paying attention. It's like small nuggets that are dropped through out the book.

Also, if you pay attention to who's POV you are listening to the author writes to make you think the way they are thinking, which I love so much. Helps you understand characters who you might not have be fond of before.

By far one of my favorite series ever, I really liked the "Book of stone" series as well. Which flows with this series so nicely.

If you finish this series waiting for the next books, I would highly recommend reading those ( not a reverse Harlem, and definitely not a slow burn like this one).

I usually wait for the end of a book series before I start a book... ran out of books to read, found this one got hooked... and there are about 6 more for this series yet to be released.

I LOVE THIS SERIES SOOO MUCH! I am head over hills for each guy so much, and there is so much of Lexie that I can relate to.

Wish they would make this into a TV show or a movie series, with the "books of stone" and this series smashed together...

Time to listen to books 1-8 again. Find out what I might have missed, since I read through the series very quickly.
