Publisher's summary

There's never been a female on the Dallas SWAT team, and Senior Corporal Xander Riggs prefers it that way. The elite pack of alpha male wolfshifters is no place for a woman. But Khaki Blake is no ordinary woman. When Khaki walks through the door attractive as hell and smelling like heaven, Xander doesn't know what the heck to do. Worse, she's put under his command, and Xander's protective instincts go on high alert. When things start heating up both on and off the clock, it's almost impossible to keep their heads in the game and their hands off each other....

Enjoying this series

I love that there is so much action. The narrator I'm still on the fence about. The men seem less angry , loud, but they still seem a bit uptight. I like story and characters cohesiveness.

I love SWAT!

2021/2022 reread

Again, like with book 1, I forgot just how dang food this book was. The audio version is even better than I’d thought it would be as well!

Hoooooly smokin' werewolves! SWAT... Sexy Werewolves Are Tantalizing! I looooved this book! I mean... Good gravy. I thought the dirt book was all kinds of crazy hot and insane... Wolf Trouble did not disappoint! I need more of this series now! Haha. Paige, once again hit the nail on the head! Full on, over the top, hot and sexy. Xander is an ass but OMG he does make up for that.. many, many times.

When you have a pack of 16 full on Alpha males that make up the Dallas SWAT team you know everything is all kinds of hot and smexy. And, you would not be wrong. Not at all. They are a well greased machine, working as one in times of trouble. But thanks to bureaucratic mess and the need for ‘equal rights’ they now have to put a woman on the team. (laughs hard) Of course they give them a list of ‘approved’ female officers. Gage isn’t having it. No one on that list is qualified to be on his team. He makes it clear he will find a woman and they have to just deal with it. And that is what he does. He searches out someone he has been watching for the past few months. He’s like the werewolf stalker of Dallas.

And now, I know there will be more… I really, really do need it now.. so I will be patiently waiting and pacing for it.

A little disappointed.

I really like Ms. Tyler’s books because they are normally action packed and full of mystery with the two main characters finding each other in the midst of all that. This particular book was more focused on the romance and struggle to be with each other. There was some action but not the usual fare. I can only recommend it if you are an addict like me and must read every book in a series.

Just has everything that's amazing!

I love all the SWAT men in this series... And they are good men... great even. The stories are fun! Action packed, full on romance, steamy smexy scenes, good back stories for characters, good drama/action and a full of fun story line. I enjo6y these stories. But they aren't in depth kristen ashley stories. Lol... But really good just the same. the narrator Abby Craden did amazing! No frog voice like some reviewer said. She was perfect! And perfect for this series. give it a try, it's totally worth it! if you like action/drama/mystery/some comedy/ sexy sexy time/ suspense and a HEA... this is perfect for you

Enjoyable fantasy, very good narration

This story is an enjoyable shifter fantasy with mainly romance and some suspense and SWAT team excitement. It was a bit too long with too much repetition and description at times. Still very entertaining with very good narration. Four stars for the story, five stars for the narration.
