Brett & Joel remind the listeners about their upcoming live show with Nike in the lead up to NMMF before taking the listeners through their training weeks. Brett sees a big jump in improvement in his workout quality and Joel completes his first non stop 10+ km threshold in about a year. Brett & Joel then chat with the other third of Grattan House - Riley Wolff.
