Nicole Carter is an inspiring American woman who was unexpectedly struck down with ulcerative colitis in 2012.

She was described as the “healthiest sick person” by people she knew because Nicole was actually a health coach and fitness professional at the time she was diagnosed.

But rather than give in to a life of taking medication and barely managing symptoms, Nicole went on an incredible seven-year journey to finally find a way to reverse her symptoms.

She’s been symptom free for six years now and considers herself fully healed.

Nicole has since written a book, ‘How I Healed My Ulcerative Colitis’, and has helped many people overcome the condition as a health coach.
