A podcast for fitness enthusiasts looking for inspiration, guidance and education to develop their mindset for fitness. With so much content online/ social media in various forms and very different levels of experience, I wanted to bring about a trusted ‘one stop shop’ for all; from athletes who have been there, experienced it and delivered. What are positive affirmations? An affirmation is anything that you think or say. This means that even your negative thoughts and words are affirmations. People have become used to thinking negatively, thus resulting in negative experiences and situations. It is important to retrain the mind to think only of good and positive things, so that only positive would also come out of the mouth. This is how you will change your life. A positive affirmation will open a doorway to the positive changes in your life.

When this book was begun in late November 2013, the intent was to write a commentary on chapter five of Paul's letter to the church at Ephesus. This short book has been written to share a couple of very important spiritual truths. The first, called the Eternality of Bible Truth, maintains that every word of the Bible has always been true even before it was written.
