Anxiety is one of the most common conditions that are plaguing people all around you. We are in a world that is filled with reasons to worry: from survival to feeding our families to making sure our boss is happy. We see people spending billions of dollars on health care trying to treat the anxiety epidemic.

People never walk into a relationship assuming that they will be abused physically, emotionally, or mentally. The abuse also never starts immediately into the relationship at full force, as you would expect it to. Abusers often start out very subtly in a relationship with the different types of control, blame, and manipulation. They don't tell their partners that they intend to control them or ruin their lives in many ways.

If you are in the midst of a relationship with the narcissist, you know all too well how rapidly he cycles through the different states of his personality. One minute he is the nice, charming, radiant personality. The next minute, he is a raging monster of violence. The sheer rollercoaster ride that is the narcissist is intolerable to nearly every partner that he meets.

Many of my readers and listeners write to me asking how to better help their spouse or partner who has OCPD. After writing my book on OCPD - 35 Underlying Causes of OCPD, I jumped directly into researching everything that I could in order to help these couples to find a way to grow together.

If you have been around a narcissist for any length of time, you become keenly aware that he is doing things behind your back. His covert tactics are meant to beat you to the punch, and he is nearly always two steps ahead of you. The narcissist stops at nothing to demean, devalue, and destroy those around him. And he has propaganda and an agenda that he is always delivering on an overt or covert basis.

Since the beginning of time, mothers have always been portrayed as wholesome and nurturing. They are splashed upon our television screens. We enjoy watching them in movies. Some of us grow up with a wholesome and nurturing mother, while other children aren't so lucky. What causes some mothers to toss aside their inborn nurturing qualities in favor of sadistic and evil behavior?

They seek to use and exploit you. When a serial killer is caught, many of us are shocked to realize who it was, how handsome he was, how pretty she was, and how intelligent. Over half of all people living in the world today experience divorce. But what comes with divorce and custody battles? Surely, we feel both positive and negative emotions during the most difficult and transformative time in our lives. Surely, our ex and our children are going through some profound senses of loss - loss of dreams and loss of future plans. Loss of belongings, their home, their car, loss of family, loss of children. Some divorcees go through significantly more difficulty in adjusting than other.

The narcissist is the ultimate egomaniac. He feels that he is the best that there is. He never acknowledges that anyone else is beneath him. He is constantly telling everyone else how great he is. He status bombs his social media full of amazing experiences, cool belongings he has purchased, and selfies showing off his new haircut. The egomaniacal narcissist thinks that everyone else should know about his plans, his life, and the things that he is collecting. It never occurs to him that other people have their own life.
