Halloween had finally arrived. It was Mary's 16th birthday. Her parent's had finally decided she was old enough to have a sleep-over at their house. But she was only allowed to have two of her best friends spend the night after the party. When Johnny was a little boy, he would hang out with his father in their morgue which had been in the family for many generations. Johnny's father never let little Johnny in on the family's dirty little secret. Johnny's father felt that now was as good of a time as any to let Johnny in on the family's dark past since he had reached the age where his father told him.

Greg, Billy, and Bobby were a wild bunch when they are together and had a thing for taking things to the limit, but their thrill seeking days were about to come to a screeching halt when the three boys piled into Greg's '68 Camaro and decided to show their friends back at school that dead man's curve isn't such a dangerous curve after all and should not be called dead man's curve. Bill Stein and his wife Mary had just recently moved back to Germany on Bill's parent's farm due to their passing. The Sheriff had his own idea of how he wanted to bring law and order in the town of Deadsville. His way would be by way of an axe. He was the most feared Sheriff the town has ever known.
