Ethria

Offered a choice by powers far greater than himself between returning home at great risk, or entering a world named Ethria where he might find another, supposedly safer, path home, Daniel "Rayid" Tear will enter Ethria. A world that operates similar to the video games Daniel has always enjoyed, Ethria is a place where power can be found in many forms, both light and dark, and whose true purpose is unknown even to most of its denizens.

Daniel “Rayid” Tear, having defeated the necromancer of the Dow’Del ruins, travels south. His goal: to rescue Pina, the Druid of Barisel and the love of his friend Tol’geth. Along the way they will encounter remnants of lost civilizations, monstrous creatures from the depths of the under-dark, and radical human-only sentiment slowly growing in the Kingdom of Tor.

"Daniel "Rayid" Tear, supported by Count Winslow, seeks justice and vengeance in equal measure. Betrayed by Jekkel the sorcerer after his victory, Rayid seeks to root out the corruption within the Great Cathedral of the Harvester and the rest of Sowers Vale. But his plans are cut short when the machinations of the Dark Valley begin to sprout fruit. War will come to the small northern duchy, war on two fronts. And Rayid will need allies. All the while in the shadows of the world, a foe once thought defeated will rise again.
