Street Rats of Aramoor

Ayrion has been training to fight since he was old enough to walk. As far back as he can remember he’s always had one dream - to be the youngest warrior of his clan. Unfortunately, Ayrion learns the hard way that being the best isn't always a good thing. After a tragic accident rips away his dreams and leaves him without a home, Ayrion heads south to the capital city of Aramoor in hopes of starting a new life. That journey will test him in ways he had never expected, forcing him to use every ounce of his training just to stay alive.

Ayrion’s tribe has until the Harvest Moon to meet the Guild’s price. If the payment isn’t made, Hurricane’s territory will be seized, and its members left to starve. The stakes have never been higher. Once again, Ayrion finds himself in the precarious position of taking on the role of savior. Only this time, it’s not just his life that hangs in the balance, but the lives of all the children he protects. Desperation can lead people to attempt the impossible, but Ayrion has truly tipped the scales on this one.

Just as Ayrion’s priorities are involuntarily split between the Elondrian Lancers and his tribe, Noph - the notably cunning chief of Sandstorm - calls for a secret meeting between himself and Hurricane. The outcome of that meeting forces Ayrion, Reevie, and Sapphire to make a decision that will not only affect their role within the tribes but will test the true strength of their friendship.

Not even given the chance to tell his tribe that he is being sent on a secret mission, Ayrion and Room Eleven find themselves being forced to sneak behind enemy lines. Unfortunately, as Ayrion’s luck usually holds, nothing goes according to plan. With this being Ayrion’s first time to lead a mission, he doesn’t want to fail, but the deeper into enemy territory they get, the more likely that outcome becomes.

With the threat of two wars looming on the horizon, one between Elondria and Cylmar and the other between Sandstorm and Avalanche, Ayrion finds himself being pulled between his duty to his king and country and his desire to keep his street family safe.
