About this listen

A submissive football star bound for the NFL…a dominant professor into BDSM....

Do they spell disaster?

JR’s got a secret. In fact, it’s so secret - even he doesn’t know about it. It’s not that he’s in the closet to his team, his family, everybody. It’s not that he’d rather study DNA than play in the NFL. Who would've guessed that the biggest man on campus…might sometimes need a Daddy?

Dr. Thomas Fletcher has a problem. The professor can deal with idiotic undergrads. He can handle disruptions to his research. The detached dom can even tolerate an occasional clingy twink. But when a certain jock challenges his intellect and libido, will hearts enter the equation? Because that would be a problem.

An unlikely Daddy. A really, really big boy. Is the odd couple’s experiment destined to fail, or can JR and Fletcher win their high-stakes game?

B Is for Baby Me (Classes in Kink, Book 1) is an MM stand-alone gay romance with BDSM elements, Daddy/boy love names, an age gap, and a guaranteed HEA with no cheating or cliffhangers...but plenty of giggle-snorts, eye-rolls, and first-time kink exploration.

Wow!

This was one of the best audiobooks I’ve heard in months! I had no expectations going in. I’m so glad I took a chance on it.

The writing was good. It never once took attention away from the story. In the age of self-publication that is always a pleasant surprise.

The relationship between the giant, sexually inexperienced football player and the smaller, older, somewhat jaded college professor and dom was unique. How their explorations began together and how their relationship and feelings grew were a pleasure to watch. Ancillary characters made the story feel rooted in the world, and gave us opportunities to see moments of vulnerability of the main characters.

The narration was fantastic. This was the first title I’ve heard from Blake Lockheart, but it won’t be the last. I highly recommend this listen.

Sexy, funny, consensual!

A great read/listen that has the perfect mix of sexy, cute, emotional, and comedy. The Professor practices safe, consensual sex. The Baby is curious but also still comfortable with stating his limits. All the family and friends are understanding but they still come off as real people. The narration of the 'scenes' are great. My only small negative is the accents coming all from the one narrator was weird. Overall a sexy, cute masterpiece. Added to my favorites.

Loved it!

I enjoyed JR and Fletcher’s story! It’s sweet, romantic, and mildly kink. Best of all, it’s got some of the most fun side characters of any book I’ve read…or listened to in this case. The narrator does a great job bringing the story and all the different characters to life

Delightful

This book is a wonderful example of showing kink relations in a healthy, nurturing way. The author’s description of sub space and the feelings it can bring the sub are perfect. The narrator does a fantastic job of showing the tone of the characters, breathing life into this fantastic story.

A college ball player/mentor

Blake Lockheart does a good job making the characters real and believable as they go through the transition from unlikeable and a bit too arrogant to people that I actually care about by the latter part of the story. The author was new-to-me, but I like the narrator, so I'm glad I gave this book a chance. Recommended for lovers of studentt/p/p/rofessor and Daddy/baby boy stories.

Delightful and Delicious

I loved listening to this book! There’s were times I was giggling out loud or grinning because these men, all of them, were so sweet and strong. Love me some football players.

Good Narrator, No Good Story

I really wanted to like this book because the premise was interesting but the execution was very flawed. The professor in this student/teacher romance was unbearably unlikeable. The introduction to his character was just him complaining about how stupid all his students are. The student was better but he was somewhat boring as a character. The side characters were stereotypes. There’s the professor’s friend whose personality is being inappropriately sexual and predatory to everyone. A classic gay stereotype. Then there was the roommate character who was a stereotypical nerdy Indian foreign exchange student. He’s pretty much exactly Raj from The Big Bang Theory except gay.
The narrator’s performance was excellent. He did his best with the source material.
