This is a great tool for sexual addiction recovery and has some very useful techniques and information. I’ll be reading this again. The main think I didn’t like was the use of profanity when quoting his clients at times.

This book got me emotional going back to my middle school days showing me why I was awkward needing three people to have a conversation. The third person being there so there would be no awkward silence or drop in conversation. This help me to understand a lot about my past & what I need to do to parent my inner child.
