There are books that are naughty and then there are books that are very naughty and this book falls into the very naughty group. This book is only for adults. If you find that listening or reading about historical kink is not something you like then this is not the book for you. I love EM historical books the storyline is good the characters are great and the writing is awesome. In this one what is a man to do when his wife shows up at a place like the cavern?, The only thing is to show her just what happens there, of course, making sure she does not know it is him. If you like erotic lit. then I think this is a great one to get. I am so glad I added it to my collection. Em did a great job on the reading.

Vale marries Harietta, sight unseen, as an obligation to his dear friend, her brother, who unexpectedly dies. They both harbor dark secrets but, nonetheless grow closer to each other. It’s a mysterious, intriguing relationship that is sure to please!

This AudioBook is narrated by Em Brown herself! This is the only AudioBook I’ve ever listened to that is narrated by the author of the book. It was PHENOMENAL!!! Since Em knows exactly what she intended with the story, all nuances, wording, situations, are perfectly presented. I have read this story and the narration increases the intensity tenfold!!!

Em Brown’s approach to this story is satisfying and intense!!! Can’t wait for more from her!!! Absolutely LOVED this AudioBook!!!!
