A life without secrets and a passion without end...the story of Livy and M's passionate love affair comes to a stunning conclusion in the final book in the One Night trilogy!
Livy has never known pure desire like this. The gorgeous Miller Hart captivates her, seduces her, and worships her in deliciously sinful ways. He knows her innermost thoughts, drawing her ever deeper into his dangerous world.
Miller will do anything to keep Livy safe, even if it means risking his own life. But his dark history isn't the only thing that threatens their future together. As the truth of Livy's family legacy unravels, an unsettling parallel between past and present comes to light. Her world spinning out of control, Livy finds herself caught between the rapture of an all-consuming love-and a deadly obsession that could destroy them both...

There are a lot of love making scenes. Yet due to high pressure and duress that seemed to be coming at Miller and Livy from all directions, when they made love it was like they were mating in captivity….LOL…I know that's silly, but it's how I felt.
However, after the HUGE showdown, that is, the fight for Miller's freedom commences and all of the revelations are brought forward, there is this wonderful 2 hours of bliss for all of the characters, especially Miller and Livy. As a reader, I really appreciated that time of absolute ecstasy where Miller and Livy got to flourish in their freedom…OMG it was wonderful!!! And, the love making scenes meant so much more since they were completely free!
The epilogue was super sweet! It was in Miller's POV and oh that man….Miller Hart! What a dear! In general, I love great epilogues and one of the best parts of this one is that Livy finally gains a purpose outside of Miller!!! That was huge to me since she always seemed kind of lost, as a person. Oh, such sweet cuteness!!! OMG, loved the epilogue…the whole series was worth it because of the epilogue and HEA that everyone experiences.
Narration: Edita Brychta was superb, as usual! Her performance was brilliant!
Rant: Ok, I have an added rant here….What the hell is up with JEM inserting the "F-word" into Jesus Christ when the lead's cuss. OMG, that is so disrespectful and offensive and I hate it as a reader. I wonder if this is a trend in the UK, even though I've seen American writers do this same thing. I have never heard anyone use this swear word in real life, if so I would also hate it and scowl at the person….Seriously, there are other swear words that can be used that will be impacting…why be so unnecessarily offensive??????
A BLISSFUL ENDING-GREAT EPILOGUE!

Now for the story...This audiobook was ok. It was too long for what the story was. It took me a little longer to listen to it because it was slow in some parts. The "cliffhangers" for Olivia were very predictable and the "happy ending" with her parents was not believable after the years of separation and drama. I would have expected a lot less trust from Olivia regarding her parents for a long time but this is just my opinion. Miller's cliffhangers were more surprising and his responses to them more believable. I won't provide any more spoilers but suffice it to say, this book could have been A LOT shorter. Like 8-9 hours shorter. For a conclusion to this trilogy, it was not bad but it was predictable. The best book was One Night Promised.
Entertaining But Predictable
