This book was very eye opening for me. Karen does a great job describing and giving examples of each masculine trait. This book gave me a lot of tools to work on to better myself. Karen gave me guidance on traits that I need to work on and also the tools to work on those traits.

I decided to revisit this book after completing about 1/3 of it a couple of years ago. I must say that I'm glad i did. I haven't applied any of the techniques yet, but I'm excited to get started on this journey for myself. The key thing is not using this as a manipulation tactic, but solely for self growth/ self discovery purposes. I hope that I'm on the right track.
