About this listen

They’re free, fun, and with this book, easy to achieve. And just look what a woman stands to gain from her orgasmic life: Oxytocin - nature’s Ecstasy - in her bloodstream, relaxation - less stress and tension, falling asleep and staying asleep better, more supple skin (really!), lower risk of heart disease, immunity boost, reduced hunger and cravings for junk food. Far too many women aren’t enjoying the benefits of this delicious activity, and Dr. Natasha wants to change that. In Vitamin O, she explores manual techniques, oral methods, and crazy-fun sex positions that maximize a woman’s pleasure. She covers the basics in orgasmic foreplay, orgasmic positions, exercises to improve orgasms, orgasm-enhancing yoga, breathing techniques, and more. She also offers up the 411 on more advanced climaxing - multiples and simultaneous orgasms. And she breaks out lots of quick fixes for getting a daily dose without any fuss. By the time she’s through, having orgasms will become as natural and pleasantly habitual as drinking a morning coffee (which you’ll be drinking less and less of, as you’ll have increased energy from better sleep and less cravings for caffeine!). Vitamin O’s benefits are layered and far - reaching, without any worry of toxicity or build-up because Vitamin O is all about release. Regular doses will benefit every listener for life.

very clean, great overview very informative tips

This has to be the most useful overall sex book I've read. AND I'm a guy that has done my research. In recent years when dating, I usually blow a girls mind with how intenseand pleasurable sex can be. There have been times when dating when I made her climax so hard she couldnt walk he legs were shaking so bad or in other cases I have given her a first experience of either squirting or multiple cascade orgasms.

With that said, there were details and tips and tricks I learned from this book that inspired even me to want to try them out on my next date.

Title is VERY well written, BOTH for sexually inhibited and never having climaxed ladies, through to the seasoned squirter.
Also Very appropriate read for guys who want to really up their game and please their lady or for couples who want to enhance their love making. If either partner has any sexual inhibitions, many are covered in here as well with quite valid step by step methods to help overcome such bedroom isssues.

Everything is presented in clear clean text that is easily understood and should enable.many couples to either enhance their bedroom satisfaction or most likely level up their satisfaction even for the best lovemakers out there.

Happy Kanoodle-ing folks!

Kind of idea porn.

The book was kind of erotic. It has some really good ideas, but... it also seemed hyperfocused on 'the front door bell' if you know what I mean. I would rather lessons without including that part. Achieve the O in New ways.

Stop before Chapter 8.

The advice as given is fine, if often cloaked in some unverifiable claim. And it’s fairly basic advice; the example couples often sound like they need behavioral-communications therapy to learn to actually talk to each other, but it’s fine for basic. It’s also SO Hetero in orientation, it can be comical in a dark sort of way.
But drop it like a hot potato when you hit chapter 8 and the fat phobia and body shaming comes roaring out. Apparently, the Author lost control of her contempt and becomes not just insulting, but remarkably, (intentionally?) ignorant of actual research on diet, disability, and sexuality. She seems completely unaware that childhood trauma strongly correlates with weight gain in later life, (and with autoimmune disorders). Perhaps because she enjoys shaming women for not meeting her ideal beauty standards. Who knows. Just know that nothing after the end of Chapter 7 is accurate or relevant, and seems to exist to further damage the sense of self of readers.

This ones for beginners.

The information in this book is very useful if you haven't already educated yourself about sex. It claims to be about orgasms but I would say that it is more about sex in general. There
are a lot
of common sense fixes for simple problems. It teaches things like the value of communication and foreplay or the importance of lubricant and hygiene. The more specific topics of orgasm are only touched upon. If you're looking for pelvic floor health, anxiety, focus exercises, or interesting scientific facts then keep looking.
