I strongly suggest to be careful with what he listen or watch. This audiobook has a lot of triggers for me even though I have a bachelor of science degree in applied psychology. At times, I felt like it was too much and too specific. I like it, I had to take breaks from it to get breath and lower my anxiety.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to suggest you to listen to this audiobook or to recommend for people who have been abandoned, neglected, rejected, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually abuse and even rape or is a human trafficking survivor because if you have gone through any of that, you can’t tell the difference between a normal person and narcissistic person (which is my case). I’m currently, trying to get myself together and start writing my autobiography, but the CPTSD symptoms hold me back, even though I have my own therapist, do meditation, learned new skills; massage, acupuncture, homeopathy, to play the guitar, and move out of the environment where my physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health was going down. My name is Ma Healy (married to a Caucasian USA man) or Ma del Refugio Galindo de Jesús (as a Mexican woman). If you feel anxious while listening, just stop and do something else and come back to listen to it. It will help you to understand, process, let go of the past, and move on. ~Blessings.
