I was expecting to know more on how to reverse back NAFLD. However I haven't learned much from the book on this matter and I don't think the author mentioned on what bases the 28days period was chosen.

Very simple and basic rules everyone could follow to live a better and healthier life. We are literally killing ourselves with ignorance and if you just listen to what is said it makes a whole lot of sense and will save your health/life and it’s not hard stuff.

A lot of it is commonly known good habits, but knowing what supplements to take was helpful. It didn’t actually lay out a 28 day step by step routine to reverse the disease. So I’m not sure if we do all these things if the disease will be cured after 28 days?
