Very good listen! Her voice is amazing and keeps you anticipating what she will say next.

I enjoyed learning about the ease of the hacks and what can be accomplished by using them! I also liked that the science is explained and supported. Her humor adds that extra touch. What a great roommate!

simple hacks in theory

Overall the strategies to lower glucose spikes sound simple, I have a CGM and track those spikes, thus far any kind of bread, fruit, lentils and sugar as recommended here would cause a spike for more than two hours. The recipes look amazing but some of the ingredients are not kid or family friendly, for example tuna in oil, anchovies or capers in anything (youngest child hates those bitter green things). I do recommend it for anyone who wants to stable their glucose levels who is not diabetic yet or doing monitoring through LEVELS app. Caution those who are pre diabetic or sensitive to carbs, ask your doctor if this "Diet" is right for you. I will give it a go and will update you if needed. Great book.

Absolutely recommend trying this method!

Jessie gives some super simple hacks that can help you’re health in amazing ways with very little effort. And don’t worry, if you can’t handle the vinegar like me, water with lots of lemon is amazing!
