Hope this works!

I really like dr Christiansen’s approach. I feel as if it is a common sense approach to eating and living. I am about to start the program so I am full of hope. Time will tell. I liked that he was the one who actually does the reading. I liked his voice. Joining the Facebook group has been very helpful too.

Great Informative Book

Wow! What a great book, great to learn all that the liver can do. I joined the metabolism reset program and it's been awesome. I am not wanting to lose weight so made little adaptions within the guidelines of the program and have retained The program has been marvelous, easy to follow with guidelines and what great recipes. I have noticed some changes already with only being in 2 weeks

Informative well paced

I enjoyed the book because there were explanations for all tbe instructions. You really know what you have to do to accomplish your goals. It gives you real reasons why substituting something you think might work wont. It really gives you good guidance to follow the program.

Molecular mechanisms. Accurate science.

Appreciate the author going into detail about the molecular mechanisms of why these dietary changes work. First time I exercised too much (I felt amazing and didn’t want to wait for activity) and lost a bit but not much. But I felt GREAT. 2nd time I was better about doing prescribed activities, added some liver supplements and got back to my baseline weight. The hardest thing is going off the diet. The shakes are so amazing, it’s hard to eat something else. 2nd time I needed much less stevia in the shakes too.

Wish he would come out with a cookbook with more recipes. Some of the recipes are “eh” but some are amazing! My BF liked the recipes too and he doesn’t like veggies but he really liked at least 2 of the dishes. Author explains why arrowroot powder but not cornstarch etc.

Recently I relapsed on sugar and gained back some of the wt, can’t wait to go back on.

Simply life changing

This book is based on research. It is well written. It is easy to follow. I am wrapping up my 28 days and I am so happy and grateful with the results I got. My heart rate decreased by 12 points. I lost 14 pounds. Over 2 inches off my waist. Feeling encouraged and grateful.
