A Brilliant Disappointment

Imagine being taken to an enormous buffet filled with many of the foods you've been craving for years. Now imagine being shown all of those foods, and then being told you can only eat what you can carry in your hands, because you won't be provided a plate. That summarizes this book. The author fills the book with brilliant ideas and techniques that even very seasoned trainers will find interesting and engaging but then completely fails the listener by providing no supporting materials to use outside of the recording. I suppose we are expected to simply memorize all of the various lists and techniques in the book or purchase the physical book in addition to the audiobook. I didn't expect the a pdf of the whole book but SOMETHING in addition to the recording would be nice. I have been an audible customer and a fan or the author for years, and I'm not going to leave them over this but this was a massive disappointment.
