Good ideas to give.
Narrator was good. there were a few stories that put the ideas in perspective. I learned a few new strategies to use while presenting. I plan on hearing the book a few more times.

I'd choose the audio over the printed book
I had the pleasure of having Darlene as a coach and then read the book. The great thing about the audio is that she narrates at herself and it's much more like having her as a coach than when you read the book. these are the real tips she uses when she coaches you one on one. she is the real deal. her method works. I plan to come back to the audio as a spot tune-up from time to time.

Darlene Price delivers what she promised, if you follow her advice in this book you will get better results and improve your organizations effectiveness. The audiobook flows nicely and is easy to listen to. The executive summaries are great for referencing back to. I recommend you give it a listen.
