Nice overview of each main point, as well as having a brief review at the end. Great job of providing other helpful resources, authors, apps, etc... Content was easy to process and the author encouraged you to only start by implementing 1 of the habits, which made it seem less overwhelming and more investigative! Great narrator!

Wonderful book, very helpful and inspiring to me!
After reading some of the negative reviews I hesitated to purchase this book, but because of some of the positive reviews I decided to go ahead.
It is certainly is fast paced and you could always slow it down but I loved that, it definitely keep me engaged and I want to apply these practices to my life.

Very good audio book
I enjoyed the audio book very much. It contained several new ideas for me to implement right away. The book also provided a good kick in the rear for me to take action on several fronts! I recommend the book to anyone that has a lot going on in life, wants to be more efficient, and to accomplish much more.

Naturally, when you sit down for a book review it's just in-and-out. Yet, this book deserves more and it's not because it provides more, but rather categorize things more effectively for people to understand. The tried and true philosophies are carefully explained in one of the most simplistic and prophetic ways one can.
The book is remarkable and, in it, the opalescent form provides greater insight into the human mind.
