Wonderful Book

We've all heard about the five stages of grief. However, it isn't always easy to move through the steps smoothly. Sometimes we get stuck on one step or another. Maybe in the denial stage or the anger stage. Being stuck in these stages makes it difficult to know how to grieve in the right way and it can hold us back for years. This book helps to work through the concept of grief and shows you how to grieve in the right way. First, it lets you know that you can grieve without judgment. Then, it takes you through how to deal with grief throughout the course of a year. If you are someone who has lost someone close to you or if you are trying to help someone who has lost someone, this is a great book to help with the process.

Perfect for dealing with grief

This audiobook came at the perfect time for me in my life and is helping me with the passing of my dad. I am now cherishing the fond memories I had with my dad and coping better. I like the way this book has been broken down by months of the year. I am learning how to grieve and morn, how to stay away from destructive patterns, and how to manage stress and anxiety through journalling. My favourite section is 365 days of self care. I am learning physical self care, exercise, mental self care like fresh air and sunlight, laughter and laughing yoga, and going on a trip will be beneficial for me. I will put all of these into practice over the next year. Preserving memories was also a great chapter. I plan to reference this book when I am feeling like I need to cope better. I recommend this audiobook for anyone you know who may be grieving the loss of a loved one. (It may even be you)
This would make a great gift.

So important

This audio is a great book for those who just have a hard time grieving. This book serves really well as a sort of handbook to take daily inspiration and action steps to ensure that the pain is minimized. Everyone should read this book

Great healing tool!

What a beautiful book to create for hurting people.

I can see how this could turn someone around in a years time. The narration is beautiful, the words expressed are intentional and healing.

Its such a need to teach people how to deal with their emotions to feel but not be overcome by them!

Awesome Listen!

A great book that covers a very difficult topic. We often think we are stronger than we are, and adequately managing yourself is important when suffering through grief. This book does a great job of managing your emotions and helping you get through a troubling time. Finding comfort in an uncomfortable situation can be very difficult and having a guide like this makes it all the easier.

Beautiful and Emotionally Healing

I will be gifting this book to close friends and family who have suffered losses near to them. The author knows better than to inundate readers with more than their grief can handle at any given time. Rather, the author breaks advice down into daily small and manageable chunks of information to make the journey of grief just a little bit easier to navigate.

Interesting subject. Good narration.

This is a great little guide in how to deal with grief.
It covers different stages you will feel and how to work through whatever the situation may entail.
There are also spaces to help you journal how things are going and what you are feeling to better cope.
I recommend this audiobook to those going through grief.
