Super calming
For those of us with OCD, this audiobook by Maximilian Hilton offers a series of encouraging words that support us when we need them. Two chapters also have background music that I use for meditation. It's great, and I highly suggest it!

Excellent audiobook for people with OCD!
This is a good book to have if you struggle with OCD. Self-talk is very powerful and the affirmations in the audiobook are really good. Highly recommend!

This book provides every guide on how to improve self-confidence. This book is more helpful. I would like to recommend this book to other people. I wanted to use the subliminal ones when I sleep but the music blares at times and wakes me up so that part has been less useful.

Very inspiring, quick listen!
I got this book for a friend of mine who thinks she might have some OCD tendencies. Once she listened to it, she started practicing some of the self-hypnosis and guided meditations. She called me today to thank me for this gift and said she feels it will have a very positive impact on her life. Thanks for making this resource available...great book!

Gives me confidence for work
This book helped me a lot and blocking out all the negative stereotypes about me and stigmas in my work industry. I’m glad to say that these list of sentences really spoke to me and gave me encouragement. I got all the confidence. I needed to block out the voices in my head and do the things I wanted to do!
