About this listen

A tender addition to the #1 New York Times bestselling Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, bridging the events of A Court of Wings and Ruin and upcoming audiobooks.

Feyre, Rhysand, and their friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly altered world beyond, recovering from the war that changed everything. But Winter Solstice is finally approaching, and with it, the joy of a hard-earned reprieve.

Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, her concern for those dearest to her deepens. They have more wounds than she anticipated-scars that will have a far-reaching impact on the future of their court.

A Court of Frost and Starlight explores the far-reaching effects of a devastating war and the fierce love between friends.

Performed by Melody Muze, Anthony Palmini, Colleen Delany, Jon Vertullo, Amanda Forstrom, Shawn K. Jain, Nora Achrati, Karenna Foley, Gabriel Michael, Natalie Van Sistine, Eva Wilhelm, Henry W. Kramer, Bianca Bryan, Renee Dorian, Matthew Bassett, Rob McFadyen, Ryan Carlo Dalusung, Yasmin Tuazon, Matthew Schleigh, Nanette Savard, Dan Delgado, Michael John Casey, Alejandro Ruiz, and Samantha Cooper.

I think I would have liked the dramatization had it not been for the overwhelming background music. I didn't make it through the second chapter. Super irritating and unnecessary.

Irritating background music

They did it again! This dramatized version perfectly captures the story! Still love the narrators who bring such life to these well loved characters! I love how the dramatization brings life to and highlights the dynamics of each scene and between the characters! My only complaint is that for any part not from the point of view of the two main characters are read by a generic female narrator instead of those characters’ respective narrators! That was disappointing!

Still amazing!

The story was nice but I won’t buy another dramatized version. I like the original narration.

Distracting

This was my first book with multiple narrators and I found the background music and noises to be a bit distracting. Overall, I enjoyed the performance but if the background noises were more muted, I would’ve enjoyed it more.

Good but…

I was told to be prepared, this books the “worst” in the series… but I liked it! It very much gives a holiday special vibe but I loved the idea of it since I’m so in love with the characters of this series. Is it as wonderful as ACOWAR? No, but it’s a total different, calm ballgame before starting the next adventure & a good transitioner.

Get ready for warm holiday feelings …

Loved the graphic audio it’s just that the background music sometimes it’s too loud, and it overtakes the voice of the narrator

Great Series - ACOFS

It felt kinda unnecessary. But it was nice to see everyone healing and growing together

I liked it

Loved the book but the music and sound effects were cheesy. I only listened to this version because the original one had a women voice acting the male parts and that made it harder to follow.
I wish they had a version with different voice actors.

Great book
