Short but sweet

Really enjoyed this bitesize audiobook. Dont be fooled by its length, it is really powerful to help kick procrastination out of your life, and bring in oodles of productivity. I have been using it regularly for a few days now, and I have noticed I am not daydreaming as much. I can only attribute this to this audiobook. I cannot wait for the next ones!

Good Motivation for Productivity in a Nutshell

Productivity is so very important. It seems the older we get, the more distractions clutter our day. This book is a great way to start our day. Positive, mindful and encouraging. This book is also to the point. Now that is productive!

Love this book!

Love those affirmations! Those are so powerful and easy to use. I listen to them when I get some time for myself, either between meetings or before I go to sleep. I feel so much more rested and grounded afterward. This book is perfect for busy days where you don't have the time to step away for a full yoga session, those affirmations will make you feel equally well balanced. Get the book!

Short, but powerful

This audiobook does a good job explaining the science of affirmations in the first section, as well as how to best use them. It introduces you to the affirmations with some instruction to relax and then goes into a short list of powerful affirmations with time to repeat. Very useful as a routine.

Easy to Follow!

This is a good audiobook to listen to if you are stressed up or work in a stressed environment like I was years ago. It will motivate you to get more done within the time you have and achieve your aim or goal. Much Needed!

This book was short but got right into the key things I needed to hear. The narrator's voice was soothing and the author made sure that all of the information was laid out in a logical easy to understand short get-to the point manner. I use it to start my day on the drive to work and then again at night before bed. Repetition of these positive thoughts has caused me to take more action towards my goals. If you have been waiting to take action in your life then this book will give you the kick in the pants you need. Get it now and stop procrastinating!

Gets your mind right!

Amazing for someone who has dealt with ADHD their whole life. I struggle to stay focused and be productive, and this audio really helps me get into the zone. The narrator has a motivating voice and great pacing. This audio is great for kids who struggle to get all their homework done up to adults.
