It works

I wouldn’t listen to this during the daytime, not unless you want to sleep all day. Loved this, very relaxing, and it doesn’t feel like work it’s completely effortless.

Helps me sleep

I’ve tried many sleep stories and meditations. For whatever reason this one helps me fall asleep quickly. The words and voice are not my favorite but it doesn’t matter because It helps me sleep.

sleeping is nice

yes it can help ty that this is free with membership ... just dont play with the voice speed controls you can make it sound creepy

Works Every Time!

Whether I’m trying to sleep early or if I stayed up too late , I know I’ll be asleep in a matter of minutes. The narrator’s voice is calm & soothing. This audiobook has saved me from hours of insomnia and racing thoughts. I even look forward to listening to it knowing sleep and will be mine soon.

Finally I’m sleeping!

I own 3 of these sleep affirmations audio books.
This is the one I use to get back to sleep in the middle of the night.
The narrator has a very deep voice.
The 3 chapters have the same content: words with music and echo effect, words with music, and words only.
Be sure to use the sleep timer option.
I set it for 30 minutes.
It doesn’t matter so much on this one, because there is no “lecture” for the second half.

knocks me out

it plays for an hour but within 15 minutes, no matter how awake I felt when I started it, I am completely knocked out in 15 minutes. I play it on my echo dot for a better sound experience. my boyfriend, who usually can't sleep if there is any light or sound also falls asleep within 15 minutes.

Too creepy

the guy narrating this had such a creepy voice I was afraid I was going to have nightmares instead of a restful sleep

Weird narrative voice. Not relaxing. “I do not hate. I love.” Looking for something more meaningful/expressive verbally.
