This book has a wonderful love story with heart wrenching moments that left me feeling drained. I love stories like this that make you feel thankful for what you do have and often take for granted.

I loved this story! The authors really nailed this type of a story line. Because of the content there was always an edge that you were hanging onto, whether it was life, love, or just hoping the story would end up a happy one. You never knew what was going to happen. Your mind will be pulled in many directions. This is a must read of BT Urruela.

This is one of my all time favorite books to read and reread over and over. The connection and journey of Devin and Katie is one that will always stay with me. I had originally bought the e book but loved it so much I purchased the audiobook to listen to in the car. These authors make you feel like you are so up close and personal with their journey that you just hope and pray they will work out.

Loved this book! I wish the end would have been more detailed instead of epilogues but other than that the story was perfect! The characters were very real and I fell in love with both of them. I love a friends to lovers relationship and I love when a couple has history!

Loved the narration too! Erin Mallon is a favorite of mine!

This is a sweet love story, but Katie almost killed me in the beginning. whining, crying, pleading, spazing out and totally clueless about the Wyatt issue. I kept listening and Katie earns her Woman Card after all. Devinn is a dream come true. Good listen if you enjoy happily ever after.

Not a typical romance. More focus on the emotional impact of war and death than on romance. Just be prepared for rather graphic (violence) scenes.
