Publisher's summary

A missing young girl. A horrifying conspiracy. Jack Widow will kill to save her.

Under a sweltering Texas landscape, Jack Widow waits at a dust-covered bus station, when he meets Claire Hood, a grandmother, clearly in distress. Claire is on a solo mission to rescue her abducted granddaughter.

Minutes after meeting her, the unthinkable happens. Claire drops dead - natural causes. Right there in front of Widow.

Widow isn’t the type of guy to let wrongs go. He picks up her bus ticket and takes her place on a quest that will give him a reason to kill.

Widow hunts across Texas for an abducted child in the riveting third novel in Scott Blade’s Amazon best-selling Jack Widow series.

Fans of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn’s Mitch Rapp, and Mark Greaney’s Gray Man will love the Jack Widow action-thriller series.

The voice actor.

I like yet again that the voice actor give the characters there own voice in the story.

A Reason to Kill by Scott Blade

A Reason to Kill was an excellent story, though I wish there had been more about the little girl—glad there was a happy ending!

Jack Reacher rip off

Let's be honest. This series is a complete rip off of Jack Reacher from Lee Child. That being said it's a decent read and they hold my attention. Narrator does a good job.

I'm hooked!

While I was troubled by all the background detail being laid out in the first book of this series, it goes a long way in supporting subsequent story lines...love it!

Great Series

The novel, the Author and the actor all deserve 5 stars, so that is the rating I’m leaving. The only issue I have with this book is that somehow almost all of chapter 9 is gone. I reported this to Audible, who at first denied any issue. Then after purchasing the text, I called back and told them exactly where the audio file failed. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Sure it's a lot like Jack Reacher ...

Having been a Reacher fan for years it slightly disturbed me at first that someone was copying the premise but each story is unique and entertaining I it's own right
