About this listen

A missing young girl. A horrifying conspiracy. Jack Widow will kill to save her.

Under a sweltering Texas landscape, Jack Widow waits at a dust-covered bus station, when he meets Claire Hood, a grandmother, clearly in distress. Claire is on a solo mission to rescue her abducted granddaughter.

Minutes after meeting her, the unthinkable happens. Claire drops dead - natural causes. Right there in front of Widow.

Widow isn’t the type of guy to let wrongs go. He picks up her bus ticket and takes her place on a quest that will give him a reason to kill.

Widow hunts across Texas for an abducted child in the riveting third novel in Scott Blade’s Amazon best-selling Jack Widow series.

Fans of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn’s Mitch Rapp, and Mark Greaney’s Gray Man will love the Jack Widow action-thriller series.

am I the only one who thinks that Jack Reacher is Widow'sdad ? if you listen close to book 1, you can't not believe it's not Reacher

Chip off the ole block

Jack has the same heart as the other Jack. The stories are well constructed. We can’t help but compare him to Reacher. But it’s nice to have our protagonist actually use his words and give a little more information to those he’s asking to trust him.
The author needs to learn a little more about fire arms. (You can’t get knocked out of your shoes from any magnum caliber. And a muzzle loader doesn’t break open and it has no brass cartridge).
But this series is great. Thoroughly enjoyable!

A Reason to Kill by Scott Blade

A Reason to Kill was an excellent story, though I wish there had been more about the little girl—glad there was a happy ending!

The voice actor.

I like yet again that the voice actor give the characters there own voice in the story.

Riveting story

The story, good versus evil was the overwhelming theme. Loved Jack Widows character! A bad ass personally that has a soft spot in his heart for women!

Jack Reacher rip off

Let's be honest. This series is a complete rip off of Jack Reacher from Lee Child. That being said it's a decent read and they hold my attention. Narrator does a good job.
