Much better

This one was an improvement on the one before it. The whole series was very good but “woman loved” was boring. This on Woman undone was much better.
I think it is time to let this series go and start a new one. I usually love the books TBMarkinson writes and maybe this line of books has got to its end.

Holidays Are Trouble

When her brother is arrested at her home on Christmas Lizzie comes close to a break. His wife Ty had set him up but he was guilty of other things. Now Lizzie and Sara are taking his daughter Demi under their wings. Then there’s the Easter get away and trying to get pregnant again. It’s a whirlwind. Great series and narration.

Cute, Charming and Funny!

This is book # 5 of a 7 book series. I listened to the entire series from 1-7 in 9 days. Just when I would say to myself, "last book for a few days", the Author TB Markinson would leave me in some sort of cliff hanger. I count my blessing that had all seven books at the same time!

The narrator in one of my favorite narrators however, in this series, I needed to speed up her performance to 1.1 because it sounded a little slow, especially in parts where she performed as a man. But overall she did a great job.

I have listened to a total of 13 of her books (including a co-write with Miranda McLeod) and with each book, I think her craft has improved. Her books are fantastic!

I loved it! ♥

Oh, this one was full of surprises!

No matter how complex the family's dynamics are, you can see how their connection is getting better and stronger.

This is set a couple of days after A Woman Loved and a lot of it is about consequences and growing (as a person, as a family and THE family :P ) and it's done in such a way that you can't help laugh because Lizzie's inner thoughts are hilarious but she IS right. Most of the time, anyway. *grins*

And we see how the relationship between Lizzie and Sarah is evolving, too. Lizzie is still a little bit awkward in social situations, but she isn't clueless anymore. Sarah is still the one who can anchor her, but we can see how Lizzie is becoming Sarah's rock, too.

This is another lovely story in the series, and I can't recommend it enough :D

Stephanie Murphy is still doing a wonderful job with the narration.

A perfect book for this wonderful series!

TB's characters are indeed complex and unpredictable, but they are quirky, challenging, humorous, and above all so loving. Lizzie and Sarah will do anything for their families and have proven time and again that their children will always come first. HOME and HEART are at the epicenter of each book in this A Woman Lost series. The narrator is a real professional who does an outstanding job. I heartily recommend this book and the Audible version.
