Great Vampire book reminiscent Anne Rice

I loved the language used in this piece. It's pulls off the time period this book was written for and shows a vampire of vast age and intelligence. Written in a style which is similar to Anne Rice Interview with a vampire, it's sure to turn a few heads. Intertwined with romance and mystery, I found it pleasing although different from the works I usually read. No spoilers.
