About this listen

Matt and Mike are best friends, just two working-class guys trying to earn some money in Montauk for the summer. When they meet Driana, JoJo, and Stef, three friends who live much different lives of privilege, Matt and Mike find themselves in a sticky situation where temptation rivals sensibility.

Worlds collide when the group ventures out to sea aboard a small boat that Stef sneaks out from her dad's dock. As the waves rise and the fragile vessel weakens, things go horribly wrong. Adrift at sea for days, who will have what it takes to survive?

I wouldn't say this is the best I've gotten into cause I like the lost at sea instances to last longer. There is a youthful element here. Which I didn't mind. I would definitely enjoy this if you like lost at sea stories. It's the kind of things that happen out there. The narrator is a bit wild but it his a gritty and near realistic feel. I wonder if it's a really true story if so I would give it all 5 star.

Not my usual lost at sea but pretty good

Entertaining enough to keep listening but fairly predictable. Excellent narration. Never fully develops the class issues.

Teenage anst on the high seas

Expected more of this book. Found it boring at times and narrator was not great, and actually pretty bad at depicting when Jo-Jo and the girls.

I read "Adrift" by Steven Callahan. That is a true survival story, full of details and amazing events that keep you fascinated. This just seemed empty in comparison to that.

Dissapointed
