The last member of the Bar Cynster falls

The last book of the 6 members of the Bar Cynster, but not the last Cynster book. The series that's best- the standard- for historical romance.
Prebble doesn't do female voices very well, but well enough to differentiate. He EXCELS at bringing the right emotion in the right places to really bring the story across. Again, the standard for other narrators.

Another one bites the dust

historical-romance, cynsters, cozy-mystery, erotica, murder
Read from January 01, 2013 to October 10, 2016

Perfectly delightful as a stand alone, yet it is part of an interesting series. The rake and the spinster are both anti marriage, yet wind up married by the end of the book. They meet because of a murder and work together to track down the murderer and there is lots of action along the way.
Simon Prebble does marvelous work as narrator once again.

Great setting and writing

If you’re in the mood for well written traditional steamy romance, this is a good one. Got a little too steamy for my taste, but a good listen regardless.

Sensual, endearing, lovely

Second favorite of the series. I was happily surprised as I wasn’t really invested in Lucifer before this story. The appearance of the pirate was my FAVORITE part of the book.

Very good!

Thoroughly enjoyed story and characters. The narrator was excellent also. Too much detail in sex scenes went on & on too long, I fast forwarded getting back to to story. Otherwise the story was creative.

The story

This is another wonderful story by Ms Laurens…The Cynsters have struck again. I thoroughly enjoyed the story-…I absolutely love the narrator Matthew Brenher.

Nice story

Would you consider the audio edition of All About Love to be better than the print version?

Yes. I have a whole lot of
Stephanie Laurens paper back and hardback books. I finally got tired of trying to read them as they were long and in the case of the paperbacks, the print was so small, it was tiring to read. I did not have this book and it was on sale, so I thought I would give it a try.

I really thought Simon Prebble did a marvelous job and really helped the book.

It was a nice story with a murder mystery, romance and sex.

The last of the Bar Cynster meets his match.

Delightful love story and intriguing murder mystery all in one. Lucifer and his lady fall for each other and solve the mystery. Enjoyed it all.
