Simon Prebble
Determined to escape the matchmaking skills of London society, Alasdair Cynster - better known as Lucifer - heads for the English countryside. But his flight from London leads him straight to Phyllida Tallent, a beautiful, strong-willed young woman who is as equally determined as he is to remain unmarried.

Prebble doesn't do female voices very well, but well enough to differentiate. He EXCELS at bringing the right emotion in the right places to really bring the story across. Again, the standard for other narrators.

Perfectly delightful as a stand alone, yet it is part of an interesting series. The rake and the spinster are both anti marriage, yet wind up married by the end of the book. They meet because of a murder and work together to track down the murderer and there is lots of action along the way.
Simon Prebble does marvelous work as narrator once again.

Would you consider the audio edition of All About Love to be better than the print version?
Yes. I have a whole lot ofStephanie Laurens paper back and hardback books. I finally got tired of trying to read them as they were long and in the case of the paperbacks, the print was so small, it was tiring to read. I did not have this book and it was on sale, so I thought I would give it a try.
I really thought Simon Prebble did a marvelous job and really helped the book.
It was a nice story with a murder mystery, romance and sex.
Nice story
