This audio book will work for you. It is the only one you need. Simple, easy, straightforward, direct. I have advanced education in psychology with a special interest in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders.

Excellent. Very impressed

The audio book is helpful and applies to helping teens with various anxiety issues. Adults could benefit as well as it is designed clearly with excellent skill suggestions.

Easy to Listen

I got it from Amazon and perusing it well ordered. A debt of gratitude is in order for the Author. More and more people are becoming aware of their mental condition and seeking professional help. Fortunately, as far as mental health is concerned, there is increasingly significant progress in terms of diagnosis and treatment of various mental disorders. This audiobook focuses on the topic of chronic anxiety, trying to understand its genesis, its effects on patients and how it can be managed.
