Atlas

Working undercover at a strip club is not my usual kind of job. If it weren’t a great opportunity to show the Mike Bravo team I can run my own op, I wouldn’t have agreed to it.

When my boss asks me to befriend the biggest gossip in the establishment, the person who knows everything, I’m even more reluctant. Because that happens to be one of the dancers. The only dancer to catch my attention in all the wrong ways.

I need to be professional or I will never prove I’m leadership material. Only problem is, the guy with the stage name Lemon makes me want to be anything but professional.

Lemon

I’m sick of the new bartender throwing dirty looks my way. He’s as judgmental as he is hot, and let’s just say he’s really judgmental. I don’t know why he’s working here if he looks down on us dancers so much. He could bartend at a regular club.

But when he saves me from a drunken customer getting too handsy, his attitude suddenly flips, and we find ourselves becoming…friends?

Underneath the judgment, it turns out Atlas is a total sweetheart. Maybe more caring than anyone I’ve ever met. I’ve never had a relationship before, but something tells me it could be way too easy to fall for the gentle giant.

This is a great group of Men . The narration by Liam DiCosimo and Tim Paige is so outstanding, this pair could read anything together and make it hot. they definitely bring life and feeling to this story. This is a great addition to the Mike Bravo Ops series.

My favorite so far

This was one of my favorite Mike Bravo books so far. It was very entertaining and such a page turner after the first 30%. Atlas was such a teddy bear but Omg was he HOT. Lemon was adorable and feisty in the best of ways. I was happy to see all the other guys too. Can’t wait for the next one!

Romance with a twist

Strippers, antics and over grown frat boys with guns. This book in the Mike Bravo Ops series will keep you laughing and rooting for a love most don’t think is likely.

1st Eden Finley book I've dnf :(

I'm so bummed. I've never dnfd a book by finley, but this one just really frustrated me!!

I absolutely love Atlas. He has a good heart and was being sincere, however Lemon didn't know that for sure. In Lemons mind the first person to ever be good to him, value him, look out for him only used him for information and yet he IMMEDIATELY forgives Atlas. There was a single conversation and all good. That really irked me! Atlas should've had to have had to prove himself to Lemon before Lemon forgave him. I really loved Lemon up until then too!

The narrator is not ideal.

I wanted to return it. Wish I could get my money back. Usually I can push through it, but this is terrible. The dialogue is obnoxious and the narrator makes it worse.

How many stereotypes can we fit in 1 book?

Definitely tested the number in this story. Too bad because it could have been so good.
