Very easy to listen to and funny! He has a way of getting his points across with stories that usually cause you to remember the message. I enjoyed it and will even have my teenagers listen to it while we are in the car because they are never too young to learn the importance of attitude, self confidence and goal setting and they'll get a kick out of some of the stories.

I have this on CD and got it for my MP3. Keith continues to inspire, motivate, uplift, and encourage. An awesome speaker. I heard him in person a few years ago and cont to be a fan of his work!

Very funny! Speaker is enthusiatic and gets you motivated. The audiobook repeats the same points over and points in different ways, but you still want to listen because the speaker is that entertaining.

I listened to this a few times. Like all motivational audio, I pick and choose what advise I consider realistic. To be positive all the time I do not consider realistic, but rather lying to ones self. It did point out a that attitude is always a choice though, which did make me think. He has some funny stories that he ties into his teachings. What loses a star in this audio for me was how it cuts in and out of various seminars. It's not like a standard audiobook, but rather a bunch of different speeches and seminars pasted together in one long audio. And there are even gaps of a few seconds dead air in between. But still worth downloading for the listen, it is entertaining, and may point out a few good things to you.
