This book is a ridiculous guide for using autism as an excuse for quirks and wanting special treatment… or to simply be special.

It’s entitled, out of touch, and reads like an influencer who clipped catch phrases, but can’t back it up with experience or a proper explanation.

As someone who was actually seeking help, it felt insulting and offensive.

If you’re really struggling, read a Devon Price book, or something on mindfulness… but do not waste your time here…

Note: I am a 41 y/o woman, diagnosed adhd/sensory processing disorder/auditory processing disorder in the early 90s….

This book is a waste of time and money
