It was very informative but there was a LOT of medical terminology used (in my opinion) and it was very slow/boring to listen to... I definitely suggest listening to it/reading this book, but personally I need something a little more direct and straight to the point because my mind will not focus.

Great book if you already have a basis on this information (even just a few google searches to get the basis). Otherwise it’s so easy to get lost with the influx of information. I would listen to this again, just because there was so much information there is no way I learned it all.

I learned was worthwhile.
For an audiobook, which plays on readability, I feel like there should have been more visualization and smaller words. That being said, the book was really great! It was really hard to understand sometimes, but the stuff I learned was worthwhile. And I feel like listening to it multiple times will help me understand better.
