The best book to kick off this new year!

This book is amazing and it’s very detailed in dues and don’ts with creating a vibrant vitality lifestyle. Shawn’s storytelling and puns throughout the book are hilarious and are captivating to your attention keep engagement with your mind as the book unravels this well needed information. Invaluable information that I have heard but never fully understood the science behind it. I’m adopting some tweaks to my love affair with food because of this book.

Good information, but...

There isn't anything really new in this book. The author does a good job giving a LOT of information which is hard to relate to the foods he advises be eaten. He does start relating the foods to eat to the chemical information given previously but you really need to go back an review that information which is easier said than done in an audio book unless you bookmark it.

Informative, funny action taking book!

I was impressed with the amount of research found in this book. It was put together in an easy to understand flow and format and not only did Shawn explain how food works on the body he also gave us insight into how it impacts our overall health and lifestyle. I own a fitness studio and I’m so inspired with the information and excited to share it with our community.

Informative and provides useful tools

Enjoyed listening to this book read by the author himself! His tone, voice inflections, and jokes kept me engaged and made me laugh.

Appreciated all the information provided (some reinforcement, some new), and the 30-day program to make a change on eating habits.

Overall, I think this is a valuable read and if you are not ready to take on the 30-day meal plan, you can definitely integrate progressively his recommendations into your health journey.

Life saving book

Thanks Shawn, for giving this kind of deep information about health and nutrition. I have Studied different-books on the topic but this one is in detail. You explained good, so you understand it, no doubt. Keep up the good work buddy. I listened to it twice, now I will make my own notes when i start reading again.., thanks my friend….
