What does Brian Michael Connolly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
A good narration made this book alive.
Any additional comments?
Long hour of sitting down while working is very painful in my back. This audio book is very helpful for me especially the back pain prevention techniques and exercises. A great help for me and my husband as well. Worth the time!

Helpful, but could use tweaks
This has a lot of suggestions to diminish back pain, but it needs a pdf to list the exercises suggested and maybe pictures to show what he is talking about. Also, a list of the foods, herbs, spices, essential oils, etc. would be helpful. The reader is a little stilted, but I did get some great tips to help alleviate back pain.
