What did you love best about Emotional Intelligence?
It talks about building your self confidence to the fullest extent. Many people are shy and that's okay but there are times when even the shyest of people need to be confident in who they are. If you do that then you can accomplish anything.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Emotional Intelligence?
There's a ton of self improvement skills, interpersonal skills, and people skills all covered in this audiobook. There isn't simply one specific insight I will apply from Emotional Intelligence but a plethora of self help information.

Outstanding audiobook dealing with Emotional Intelligence. Most people don't know what this is or lack EI and I believe if a lot of people listen to this audiobook, we will have build better relationships with ourselves and others.
