According to the Mayo Clinic, insomnia and related disorders are on the rise in today’s world. Left untreated or ignored, they contribute to the increasing number of people suffering from depression. Pressures of work and career are just part of the situation. Pressure to be the right person, the correct parent, the right kind of leader, friend, mentor, or teacher in a complex, rapidly changing world leaves us feeling like there is no solid footing, no safe place. We seek inner peace and quiet relaxation to recharge our internal batteries.
This series was developed to:
• Help you relax
• Promote a positive attitude
• Learn to appreciate yourself
• Realize how important empowerment is
• Appreciate the strength we get from nature even if we seldom experience it
• Promote inner peach

• Promote both physical and mental healing
• Foster sleep
• Invite you to recover your own inner strength

Teaching meditation to your children might seem like an impossible feat, but many have found that their children are remarkably receptive to it when it’s presented like a story.

Story
A thousand-year-old cultivator, Drew, is about to ascend to a higher existence. As he begins the process, he finds out he has pissed off one too many demigods. Though he manages to fight off the concerted effort of sect elders and patriarchs...he is slapped away from the higher realms by something. After an instant or an eternity, he awakens on a lower realm! The air is filled with garbage energy, and his emotions of all things are allowing him to control it. For a cultivator that has spent his existence absolutely controlling his thoughts...that won’t do at all.

Story
Early on in his life, Matt craved a return to nature. When he became an adult, he set aside his comfortable urban life and lived entirely off the land. In this riveting narrative that brings together epic adventure and spiritual quest, he shows us what extraordinary things the human body is capable of when pushed to its limits. He learns the secrets of the Tarahumara Indians, which help him run the 1,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail in just 58 days and endure temperature swings of 100 degrees.

Story
The squirrels Jed, TsTs, and Chai are the very best of friends. So when Jed is snatched up by a hawk and carried away to another realm, TsTs and Chai resolve to go after him. New communities are discovered, new friends are made, huge danger is encountered (both man-made and of the fox and bobcat variety) and mysteries are revealed. Nuts to You is wholly original, funny, lively, and thought-provoking.

I love this audio collection for sleep!
I have had frequent insomnia for years. This collection of meditation stories has helped immensely. The voice is so soothing and the variety of stories gives you so much material to go through, you don’t have to repeat for a very long time. Regular bedtime stories don’t work for me because I get caught up in the story, no matter how mundane. These segments are very soothing and take you on a meditative journey to sleep. I highly recommend this book!
