Love this one

This book both in it's encouragement to try different types of meditation and to do so day after day for a short time made it accessible to me. It's like the world of meditation was open finally and I got to pick and choose what felt best. Each and every day I worked through the practice I would experience something positive in a new light.

Very good description

Adesh Silva has a distinct way of making more complex topics seem effortless, practical and wildly helpful. I recommend this book to all my psychotherapy clients struggling with anxiety or worry. Mindfulness is one of the BEST tools to calm the mind and Ben teaches it with aplomb! Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed

I was given this book as a gift and I am very impressed with how well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful book on meditation that I have ever come across.

Inspirational book.

This book is amazing. It's easy to follow and very helpful for people who want to start mediation like me. Before this book I had no idea what it meant, just like most I thought.

Highly recommended

Great Resource

This book is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have book for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!
