This series is so good and well woven. While Camille sometimes frustrates me w/ her impulsive emotional responses to Cauldron’s attempts at trying, I have to remind myself he did humiliate her when he made the video and shared the letters and humiliation is a horrible emotion, so I tend to soften my opinion. That’s how you know there is character depth. It’s the same with Cauldron & his father Lorenzo.
Also, there is quite a bit of irony in this book and the respective relationships and their dynamics. Again the female narrator was great but I struggle with the male narrator bcz he sounds do old in tone & speech cadence, but still a great series.
